(BVB ticker: GREEN), (“the Company” or “GreenTech”) the owner of one of the largest portfolio of deep geothermal wells in Europe, and a platform for geothermal energy solutions, announces the successful completion of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Regulated Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Preliminary Financial Results for 2024

Our 2024 results follow our development strategy: sales revenues increased by 28% (RON 9.9 million), operating expenses reduced by 8% (RON 9.2 million), and net profit was RON 2.56 million, five times higher than the previous year.
